Instructions

- Top with Remaining Bread: Place the top half of each sandwich roll over the filling, pressing down gently to compact the ingredients.
- Grill the Sandwiches: Heat a large skillet or griddle over medium heat. Add a small amount of butter or olive oil to the skillet. Once hot, place the assembled sandwiches in the skillet, working in batches if necessary.
- Press the Sandwiches: If you have a sandwich press or another heavy skillet, you can place it on top of the sandwiches to press them down as they cook. Alternatively, you can use a spatula to press down gently on the sandwiches.
