The Turkey and Cranberry Panini
Ingredients
- 8 slices of rustic bread such as ciabatta or sourdough
- 1/2 lb sliced roasted turkey breast
- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce
- 8 slices of Swiss or provolone cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter softened
